I have ache in abdomen .it is continuously creating problem now. So how can I get relief from abdomen ache.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to acidity/ GERD - avoid fried, spicy & junk food, also restrict intake of tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day, also avoid alcohol & smoking if you do - chew your food well, for not skip meals, have meals on time, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration & digestion - take tablet Pan 40 half an hour before breakfast daily.
