With playing video games one must do some physical exercises also and must have healthy diet and proper rest on daily basis. Avoid destructive and negative video games. Video games are like having your time with screen space just like watching tv or working with a computer. It is one other form of or to be kept as small time timepass or entertainment. No research to my knowledge says that it will work for depression or to have a positive mindset. Rather there are adverse effects only as results proven by research due to long time usage of video games.
