Hi. Thanks for the query. Remember always that no food works in isolation. Green coffee may help boost metabolism maybe by a mere 5% but exclusively depending on green coffee wont help weight loss. Your diet and exercise is always going to be the most important to lose weight. Some people are genetically not able to metabolize caffeine so be cautious to not have more than 2 cups a day if you do or you may land up with some cardiac issue.
