I am using creatine supplement from last few days. .creatine monohydrate. Company - muscleblaze, Is it safe to take? I drink 3-4 litres of water, I workout daily for 1 hr 30 mins, high intensity workout.

Dear lybrateuser, - You should try to take your dietary requirements from normal foods - supplements can put stain on your liver & kidney if not taken in recommended quantity, try to keep it to the minimum - increase your protein food intake by consuming eggs, milk & milk products, legumes, peas, lentils, wholegrains, sprouts, soya products, tofu, non veg like meat, seafood( if you have so) - include a protein food in each of your meals, also have it as snacks in between meals to complete your protein demand.
