Dear lybrateuser, - Do steam inhalation twice a day - do warm salt water gargles three times a day - have more of warm fluids like water, tea, coffee, milk, soup - avoid all cold fluids like aerated water - take tablet okacet - C, 1 tablet three times a day after meals - take tablet vovinorm, 1 tab if vomiting is there - have 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - avoid fried, spicy & sour food.
