Consider replacing cornflakes with wheatflakes/ muesli/ oats/ dalia as these are higher in fiber. You may have it with double toned milk & fruits as an evening snack. Take salads in both main meals. Take nuts, oilseed, fruits, coconut water in between as fillers. Drink lots of water.
