I want to loose my weight which diets I should follow but not exercise. I am on diet but my weight is still 74 kg in 20 days.

you can take diet as per your fat mass and what is the exact requirement of yours. take diet food that are rich in fiber. include few foods rich in omega 3. that Is also very effective when we are on diet or want to reduce weight. take plenty of water do check your water retention level as well. sometimes weight get stuck due to it.
