What are the best home remedies for joint pain?

  7. Aloe vera:

    As per the studies conducted by researchers, it has been found that taking aloe vera gel helps to reduce or get rid of joint pain. Aloe vera has anti-inflammatory properties which help in reducing swelling in joints.

  8. Proper rest:

    Taking rest can increase the healing effect in the body. It boosts the immune system to fight against the cause of suffering.

  9. Fenugreek:

    Fenugreek possess antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties because of which it helps to reduce joint pain.

  10. Acupuncture:

    Acupuncture is a medical treatment involving the insertion of fine needles into specific points in your body. It helps in reducing the pain.
