hello mam , take high protein and high calorie diet. have small and frequent meals. take milk and milk products. do stretching exercise alternate days.take juice with glucose , milk with dates, egg , tofu, soya beans, soya milk,paneer,mango shake, banana shake, cold coffee, curd.don't skip your breakfast and meals.
