Hi. I am going to Gym from 5 months but I did not lose 1 kg also. Went for medical test. Vit d n vit b12 is very less. Medication is going on. Can you ple tell me why dint I lose weight. Can vitamin deficiency be a cause.

hello , take high fiber diet. take luke warm water before and after meals. take plenty of water. do brisk walk and stretching exercise alternate days.don't skip your meals and breakfast specially. have small and frequent meals. take plenty of fruits. take black tea without sugar before workout.
