My stomach is going bigger& bigger ever day and my job is desk job so what to do for this.

Change your eating habits. Avoid food and beverages such as cola, fast foods, chinese and other street food high in junk and spices. Start drinking green tea 2- 3 time a day. Also, Increase your water intake upto 5-6 litres per day. Start exercising or yoga or anything you like (Walking, jogging running is highly recommended). Just try to be more physically active.
