Again can a diabetic patient take vitamin B12? If not what is the natural alternative? And that too for a vegetarian.

You can take vit B12 tablets. Usually non veg contains lot of vit B12. For vegetarians it is only milk and milk products like cheese.

Please Diabetics should take b12 supplements regularly, to avoid diabetic neuropathy It is not available naturally in veg sources It available in fortified dairy products It is available in milk in lesser quantities
