I am 45 years old, female, working on system for 7 hours, so I took to zumba as my BP was showing low and bad cholesterol high. Now I am losing weight due to this, how do I balance zumba and weight loss. I usually weigh around 58 kg, been constant for some years, now weight is 55 kg. Question is how to exercise without losing weight.

Hello You have to starts Yoga and meditation. Take adiquate amount of sleep and drink plenty of water. Avoid out side foods. Eat fibrous foods and fruits.

You are Lucky that you have perfect weight and height proportions. Continue with Zumba, its good for your health and Wellness. Eat lot of fruits and veggies. Take balanced diet. Try to eat small healthy snacks every 3 hours. Drink lot of fluids/water throughout the day. Eat 15-20 almonds everyday.
