How to increase my weight my age is 19 year and my weight is 58 and my height is 5'8' Tell me please what can I do to build up my weight and is there any chance to grown up my height?

Include protein and calcium rich foods like dals n pulses, bananas, milk products, eggs etc in your daily diet. Do regular exercise like brisk walking, Surya Namaskar. Height will not grow at this age.Exercise regularly ,weight train atleast 3 days a week.Eat atleast 100 gms peanuts,4 bananas daily besides regular food. You will gain 3 kgd in month if you take care of these simple steps.
