I'm having a pain in the centre of the chest when I lean forward. I thought it might be due to gas but it's been 3 weeks and no sign of relief. I do smoke occasionally. Why am I experiencing this pain? Suggest some solutions.

Dear user, please undergo CXR PA View and forward the reports and for now avoid smoking and dust exposure. And sleep in side wise posture to avoid discomfort. Also update about its severity and ameliorating factors.
