From last 2-3 months im facing issue in my stomach. Tried ayurvedic medicine but it gives temporary relief only. Continuous Belching Full feeling of stomach Growing stomach Loss of appetite Some times constipation Pls guide what to do. Age 34, weight 70, male.

Please do a blood test for complete blood count/liver function test. Avoid sedentary life/junk foods. Take balance diet at least 4 times a day daily Take a fruit daily after meals in afternoon. Take Nux vom 30 - thrice daily 4 pills each time. Continue treatment.

Dear Nardeep, please avoid spicy food and eating in haste if you are doing so along with it try to do much of physical activity and avoid sedantary life. Apart from this use a remedy Pulsatilla 200 once daily in evening hours for 5 days and consult back.
