I am having pain in my left underarm area towards heart and this pain is going towards left shoulder and left neck area. I had various tests like ECG, 2D echo, angiography and all suspects regarding any heart problem were denied and doctor said it is more related to physio, as I am an IT professional being seated all the time on chair and body movement is less. Could you please assist me with some exercises for left underarm and shoulder pain? Thank you!

You need to improve your Range of neck by regularly doing Forward bending of neck, Backward bending of neck, Side ways and rotation of the neck daily and check if the neck movement is restricted then consult near by physio clinic and take a treatment over there.

Treatment- 1-apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation. 2-take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. 3-Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. 4-Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Diet- Avoid fermented food. Junk food. Potato rice. Sleep well.
