Sunil has specialized in sports rehabilitation. He has worked full time in private practice for the past 8 years, and worked extensively with athletes at Sports Authority of Gujarat. you need to do chin retraction(chin tuck) exercise every hour .. it will take hardly 1 min. and do ice massage or ice pack after coming back to home from work to relieve neck pain and relax the neck muscles

What do these symptoms indicate: Fatigue, Generalised pain especially in legs, a bit of insomnia, paraesthesia, mild depression, poor concentration, stiffness, knee and elbow pain occasional sense of imbalance.

Might be a vitaminB12 or D3 deficiency or may be a thyroid so you need to go for a lab report of the vit. B12 and D3 and T3, T4 and TSH.
