Hi. Ideally you must target for about 1/2 to 1 kg loss per week. Also know that when you lose weight very quickly it usually is more of muscle mass loss. Fat loss takes a while. Jogging will put pressure on knees if done without stretching and warm up or if footwear is not right or technique not right. Also if your diet is not nutritious enough and is just crash dieting then you could affect your muscle and bone mass leaing to injury. So do right technique of exercise and follow a well planned diet to reach good weight loss goals.

RAPID WEIGHT LOSS DO CAUSE STRETCH MARKS. BUT IT IS NOT A PERMANENT CONDITION. IT WILL DISAPPEAR AFTER YOUR WEIGHT IS STABILIZED. MEANWHILE YOU CAN USE OLIVE OIL FOR FASTER RECOVERY.
