Dear Sir, I am 33 year male suffering from nightfall and dhat (precum) since 12 years. It made me thin, weak and fatigue. But medical science is saying that nightfall and precum are not making someone lean and thin, or weight loss. Recently I have tested mine Urine, CBC blood test, testosterone, thyroid. All came with in normal range. Please suggest me what tests I should do to find out the reason of my thinness, weakness and weightless. Prior to this problem I was of good physic with muscles. But from when this problem started I became thin and weak. Looking like an elderly man. Today I checked hemoglobin which is 10.4% and bp is 100/60, weight only 54 kg (height 5.4 inch). Sir please suggest. Currently I am taking amitriptyline and clofert TAB. This problem is ruining my life. I have lost the enjoyment in life, I also lost my girl friend because of this problem. Please help .I?ll be grateful to you forever.

Mr. lybrate-user good morning I have gone through your problem you are perfectly normal, I am fail to understand why you are taking these medicines and who has advised you to take these medicines in my opinion you have to withdraw these and concentrate on following points 1. Go for morning walk daily for 35 minutes 2. Take 2 glass of lukewarm warm water with one appel. 3. Do exercise and meditation daily for 30 minutes. 4. Take nutritious breakfast with high protein diet including oats meal, sprout, eggs ,and milk with corn flakes 5. Lunch should include high fibrous meal like whole wheat, multi grain, green leafy vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, spinach etc. Curd with rice 6. Avoid excess of sugars 7. High fibrous fruits between two measure meals lile pineapple, berries, papaya and citrus etc. 8. Take plenty of water 9. No oily spicy and processed food 10. No alcohol, or tobacco chewing. 11. Avoid anxiety, and stress due to nightfall because it is natural physiological process and have no harm of routine life and health 12. Precum is a problem due to excessive sexual obsession you can minimize it by strengthening pelvic floor muscle by kegel's exercise. For that you have to locate your pelvic floor muscles as follow to locte pelvic flor muacle you just stop urine in mid stream by this way you have located pelvic floor muscle now repeat this exercise for 4-5 times in a day. Just lie down and contract this muscle hold for 1 minute and relax it. Repeat this process for 4-5 time. Be happy and help to others. Stop worry and concentrate on your job or study.
