Hi. Thanks for the query. Observe your food intake. You must eat a good pre and post workout meal. Also avoid a very late meal which troubles digestion early morning. Exercise should make you feel energetic not sleepy. Eat well and stay hydrated. Do not sleep as soon as you have worked out. Eat your post workout meal first and then wait to sleep.
