Hello, my mom who is 53 years old is having pain at the centre of the back just right to the spinal cord. Pain is there for last 6-7 days and is in an area of around 2 inches when one applies pressure over this area, she feels relief. Please let me know what kind of pain is that and how to get rid of it easily. If possible, suggest some home remedies. Thanks in advance.

Sleep with pillow below the knee. Uuse a firm bed. Consult a local Physiotherapist for IFT and Traction for a week. If pain persists Visit a Spine Surgeon.

Spine extension exercises. Hot fermentation. Avoid heavy weight and toward bending. Posture correction must. If it work then OK otherwise physiotherapy treatment must.
