Hi His nutrition basically includes low calories, low carbohydrate, high fibre and high protein diet. Let him eat small meals at frequent intervals. Drink 2-3 litres of water a day. Avoid white rice, refined flour, sugar, excess salt, excess oil, bakery products, fruit juices. Have a cup of fruits as a snack and not with meals. Exercise regularly. Take lots of green tea without sugar.
