Mam am a web developer I have o sit and work for more than 10 hours daily in font of my pc. And having food at hotels. So how can I make my health good. Any tips for that also how to have food.

Hello, Hotel foods are full of oils and maida which are not good for our body. Have at least 1 homemade meal. Focus more on salads, sprouts, fruits, soups and veg. Juices. Avoid maida, colas, excess tea, coffee, fruit juices, junk food. Have nuts or fruits when hungry. After every 45 min. Get up and stretch yourself. Do some exercises in office only. Take some time for exercising at home or do brisk walking for at least 20 min. Daily.

Hi lybrate-user Firstly you should sttetch and move every couple of hours of sitting. Maintain a right posture at work. You should exercise daily for atleast 1 hour. As far as outside food is concerned you should eat healthy to stay healthy. Dinner should be light and early. And drink plenty of water. Takecare.

Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Drink lot of water everyday. Take regular breaks from desk. Do regular exercise. Take high fiber low fat diet. Choose healthy foods from hotel menu like salads and fruit chat, dal,fermented foods. Avoid fried and fast food completely. Ask me privately for detailed diet plan.
