Sir I don't knw what is happening my foreskin is closing the head of the penis due to which I am not able to pull down my foreskin and due to that I am not able to take out the head of penis and my foreskin is too tight so that when I pull down it don't have a space of penis head to come out .Please guide me what to do in such circumstances.
