Hb, blood sugar, urine exam, BP, height and weight, ultrasound, blood grouping including Rh status are compulsory. Other tests also if your doctor decides.

A second ipill is usually not necessary but you can take it to be doubly sure she won't get pregnant.

During active breast feeding you are protected from pregnancy, but it wanes with time and by 6 months you are again ready for pregnancy unless you adopt some FP method.

The easiest thing to achieve is to get pregnant. Have a normal marital life and you should soon get pregnant.
