(1) Fruits, Cookies, Biscuits, Roti, Paratha etc. All have some kind of sugar then what to eat? Please guide and give some name of edibles to eat in daily routine course.(2) How much sugar is good for us and in which form can take daily?

Dear lybrateuser, - Avoid cookies, biscuits & other bakery items as they contain trans fats& some quantity of sugars - you can have healthy carbs as in whole grains, can have whole wheat or multi grain roti & paratha, beans, sprouts, nuts, legumes, salads, yogurt, fruits such as berries, apples, pear, olives, citrus fruits, wholegrain/multi grain crackers - depending on ones blood sugar level one can consume sugar, at your age not more than a teaspoonful if your blood sugar is under control.
