Dear lybrate-user, Broccoli is one of the best foods to eat for healing a broken bone because it is rich in vitamin K. Also one needs to consume high calcium and iron rich foods for speedy recovery and compensate for the losses. Include more milk, lean meat, green leafy vegetables, nuts and oil seeds in your diet.
