Hi i'm 27 years old I have good face but now a days acne are coming on my face how much I tried of home remedies or face washes it doesn't helping and I want clear face and glowing with full fairness please help me out of this please and more important i'm having a tummy I want to remove it tried to avoiding junk foods and having green tea daily & doing exercises also. Hi Lybrate user I suggest you some Ayurveda medicines for your problems. 1- apply alovera gel mix with 5-7 drops of Tulsi ark and apply thrice a day. 2- rasmanikya 125 mg twice a day. 3-amalaki rasayan one gram twice a day. 4-syp Liv 52 two teaspoonful twice a day. 5-medohar vati 2 tab twice a day. Note: take all medicine after meal. Plan your diet chart with the help of your dietician. Avoid non veg consumption or reduce such type of food. Red meat strictly avoided.
