I am facing the problem of depression since last 5 months I will be crying whole day and will be just lying down and usually feel tired everyday and there is lack of sleep and food capacity has been reduced.

If this is the case, then I would urge you to consult a with a psychiatrist at the earliest as you do need to be started on medicines or therapy after a detailed evaluation and ruling out other causes of depression. However if these symptoms have been in the background of any sort of stressor like academic or a love failure, etc, then it could be an adjustment disorder in which case you would still need to see a psychiatrist as your symptoms have been persisting for 5 months. At your age, there is also the possibility of medical conditions like Hypothyroidism and others which need to be ruled out before diagnosing Depression. Hence, I once again implore you to please consult with a psychiatrist at the earliest.
