Hi, it seems your immunity is low. 
start taking diet rich in vitamin C like citrus fruits, amla etc. if sour fruits doesn't suite you, you can take homeopathic vitamin C tablets. 
also start a constitutional homeopathic  treatment so that the problem does not recur again and again
