Skipping roap is helpful for diabetes my height is 5.6 and weight 66 kg and I am doing 2300 skipping rope how many calories burn during this acts.

Hi The number of calories you burn from jumping rope depends on different factors like your weight, jumping intensity and the pace at which you jump. Generally skipping for 15 min help you lose approximately 188 calories. If its 70 jumps per minute then your losing 430 calories for every 1000 jumps and so with 2300 jumps your probably losing about 1000 calories approximately.
