cost-phrenic angle unsharp in my right lung. My recent x-ray reports sugest but my x-ray is clean. No sign of any lesions or effusions. I earlier had pleural effusion due to koch's origin. But I became totally cured. And it my treatment for it ended in october only. But I was facing some little bit of irritation in my chest right side so I got a x ray and it suggests dat costophrenic angle is unsharp. Does it means that I have MDR TUBERCULOSIS this time? Or is it some sort of normal chest infection or cold I have got? Well I do not have any chronic cough or low grade fever or any sort of fatigue and loss of appetite or weight loss. Then what is it?

Dear Mr. lybrate-user whenever you have a cut on the skin or anywhere else, when it heals it leaves a scar. This scar night itch sometimes but it does not mean that the cut has not healed. Similarly the pleural blunting seen is a scar of the tuberculosis that you had before. It does not mean that you have MDR TB. It might cause some irritation and pain from time to time. But relax it is quite normal. And this scar is going to remain so do not continue getting X-ray's done. Regards.
