Hi I have 15 cms of calfsmuscles how to reduce them does skipping help? I heard that makes them more fat please suggest.

Hi pls ,do calf exercise. And skipping is also helpful. You should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 30 minutes daily. Include more vegetable and fruits in your diet.
