Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having calf muscle pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for calf muscle pain. It looks like you are anemic. Improve your hemoglobin levels that's the main reason for you to have lethargic ness too. Stretch your arches. Simple home exercises can stretch your plantar fascia, achilles tendon and calf muscles.
