Hi. Pls don't take stress. Stop eating junk and processed food. Do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like sattu with milk, sprouts, pulses, milk and milk products. If you are non vegetarian include egg fish and chicken in your diet. Take proper sleep. Take small and frequent meals. No drink before and with meals.
