Hi sir/madam. I had c-section 4 months ago. I chosen walking as a exercise one hour per day. But I am getting back pain. What are the precautions to be taken to reduce my tummy through walking ,without having back pain.

Hello Walking is good for health but it should not be greater than your strength. During walking you can use lumber belts to support the back bone.

Hi madam you need to gradually increase. For backache you need to do back strengthen exercises and for abdomen there is few exercises that you have to gently follow take care.
