I used to smoke 2 cigarette per day from last 4 years. From last 1 month I quit it. I have join gym but my stamina is nt enough. Even when I run I get tired within 500 mt and feel like vomiting. I want to increase my strength and stamina. As soon as possible. Can you please help.

It will take some time for stamina and strength to develop. You will need to gradually increase your exercise. When exercising you must preferably choose aerobic exercise and always breathe through your nostrils during exercise. For strength development you will need to do some weight training. If you push yourself too much, you will feel like vomiting. When you wo0rk out you must also do it in a place where the air is clean. Deep breathing techniques may be learne dthrough Yoga too.
