I feel burning sensation and difficulty during excretion. It happens mostly during winters. I occasionally suffer from constipation although I live more on fibre diet with great water intake. Do I need surgery for permanent cure. What cud b the disease I am suffering from. Please also recommend a specialist if I need to consult in my vicinity.
