I am felling pain in my neck from last week what should I do when I get up in the morning I am unable to move my neck sitting in the class for long time I get a strain in my neck.

1.avoid pillow. 2.regular neck exorcise and avoid forward bending if pain or inflammation is present. 3. Always sit in good posture. 5. Avoid mobile, comptutor work regularly and sit in proper posture. 6.take break if your job not permitting you.
