I use to drink a glass of water with one spoon of honey and a half lemon to reduce my belly and fats. Is it a natural way or will harm me in near future and what should I do now. I am 23 yr old and my wt is 60 kg now.

To loose belly fat cut down on excess sugars and fizzy drinks eat at home increase intake of protein reduce on refined carbs-pasta, white rice increase intake of greens drink 10-12 glasses of water exercise for an hour.
