Hlo doctor now my body fat percentage is above 30%. I want to reduce it to below 10%. So that I am planning to cut all the carbs and want to replace with protein food (including whey protein) along with some workouts. I am going to avoid salt also. Can I do these things. If any thing wrong in my plan plsss suggest me a better plan. Thank you in advance.
