I have a problem that whenever I think too much or gets tensed for something, I am starting getting headache. Also sometimes I am doing something but gets lost in other thoughts leaving current work I am doing. If I am doing normal work, I am fine but when I do some tension work or complicated work, I feel headache and feel like I can't do it. Is it some medical problem to me or its normal. Need quick helpful suggestions. Even if small tension, I start getting headache.
