I'm a fitness freak. I want to increase my muscle size naturally and for this I'm taking protinex and milk along with protein rich food (only veg) Please advise me with the appropriate diet so as to build my muscles.

Take proteins rich diet like pulses legumes green moong black chana egg chicken soup fish Paneer. Take milk mix with honey and take 6 khajure twice a day daily in morning and evening. For other medicinal supplements with no side effects natural contact me.
