Hi, I dont know why body becoming weak, before I use to lift and can do work very actively now, if I am sitting long time also I am getting back pain if I am standing also I am getting legs pains, please do let me know what to do to be very healthy and strong Thanks

It can be due to deficiency of Calcium. You can take a daily dose of Calcium + VitD combination tablets. Also take more milk, cheese, paneer, curd daily. Add more eggs to your diet. Do exercise daily to include stretching and strengthening exercises. Drink lot of water. Take Nimbu Pani in morning and evening.
