I have done an xray of my back from 2 angles as I was having constant pain from about a month and the conclusion of report was: Straightening of lumbar spine with loss of lumbar lordosis, and marginal anterior osteophytes airing from l1 & l2 vertebral bodies. I just want to know whether its a serious issue or a minor issue.

Hello Lybrate user, It seems like a minor issue with the details you have provided. The straightening of your lumbar spine may be due to a muscle spasm. However, if the problem persists for more than two months you might want to have a consultation with a spine specialist for a detailed assessment and an MRI, if needed. But I feel that you might turn out to be fine. If your symptoms decrease, I would suggest you to start with some physiotherapy exercises to strengthen your back muscles. Hope this helps.
