I am 21 years old. Weight 95. Height 5.9. I have serious back pain from past 6 months .it comes when I stand .stays for little time and disappears. Again comes while sitting .after some time it goes away. Like this while adjusting posture it comes and goes. During pain .it would be like several del units of pain I undergo .xray scanning was done by doctor and it is normal .and recently all of them saying do exercised recommended .I am regular exercise person and there is no improvement .after these many months .went to a physio .he said I have flat foot. But really back pain comes with flat foot? With this much intensity? If so what I should do to reduce my pain. please help me .I am gate aspirant and has a lot to do.
