i welcome - I advice to go with high carbs like more cereals, enrihed with quality protein like organic or plant sources, dairy foods, also sleep more 8 hours, green vegetables, fruits 2-4 pcs. are helpful for you. timely working, eating & activities can make fit always. Also, yoga can help you additionally. Further if you feel weak then can add PROTIENX with lukewarm water or milk. Further , you should not practice extensive exercises but normal walking , yoga only.

Take Ashvagandha kshirpak with sunthi and cow ghee.. Consume Udad dal alternate days. Don't take junk,spicy,non veg food. Do pranayam and Suryanamaskar daily twice a day.
