I am on thyronorm 75 mcg for hypothryroidism following thyroditits for the past one & half years. I am a 54 yr old male. Everything was fine till a couple of moths back. I have lost some weight. About 2 to 3 kgs. My blood sugar is normal. My hb is 15. I have done my tsh and t4 are well under control. My muscles also ache. I do a lot of exercises and quite control what I eat too. I have been on exercises since the past five ten year. So nothing very new or recent. I am on telmasartan 80 for htn and concur cor 1, 25 mg. I am concerned that is my weight loss due to overdose of thyronorm.& should I reduce it.

Please inform me tsh, t3 and t4 level. Your blood pressure measurement also should be checked regularly at different time. Your dose may be higher that causes weight loss. Please inform if there is any other disease and even stress, anxiety etc also. Dose titration can be done after hormone level and other clinical features.
