Hello you don't worry. And don't use steroids. I advice you ,you prefer natural and balanced diet for weight gain. Add more protein in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk ,eggs, sprouts, peanut butter is another yummy remedy for gain weight. Do some basic workout every day. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals. Step by step you can be fit. Never say you are weak. Each body is different. You should not compare with others. Aim is to be strong and fit. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds / cashew daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7.
